Which bralette is sized how?+
Tat a Tat is sized by underbust; Lazy Mood is sized by bust. There are no letter cups.
Does my brief size change between cuts?+
All three cuts are sized by waist and hip, and the ranges match — so your size carries across the cuts.
I am between sizes+
The jersey stretches and moulds to the body, so the smaller size is almost always right. The exception is a measurement at the very top of a range.
How to measure at home
A soft tape, nothing on top, and breathe normally — do not pull the tape tight. Two minutes and you will know your size better than any fitting room. If you are moving out of wired bras, this is what changes.
- Underbust. Directly under the bust, horizontal all the way round, snug but not pressing. This is the number that sizes Tat a Tat.
- Bust. Around the fullest point, tape level, arms down. This sizes Lazy Mood.
- Waist. The narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
- Hip. The widest part, feet together.
Compare the numbers with the chart above. If you fall between two sizes, take the smaller one. There is a longer guide to measuring yourself in centimetres if you want the detail.
Common questions
Why is there no cup size?
Cup letters describe a difference between two measurements, and they are not the same difference in every country. We size the way the garment is actually cut: Tat a Tat by underbust in centimetres, Lazy Mood by bust, briefs by waist and hip. Three sizes, S to L, and a number you can check against your own tape.
What if I fall between two sizes?
Take the smaller one. The jersey is 96% cotton with 4% elastane — it stretches and moulds to the body within a day, and a band that starts slightly firm will settle. A size up will not settle back.
I usually wear a 34B. What is that here?
Ignore the letter and measure your underbust. Around 86.5 cm is our S, 89 is M, 91.5 is L. Most people who wear a 34 in European or UK sizing land in S or M with us.
Do the briefs run small?
No. The chart is measured on the body, not on the flat garment, and there is no vanity sizing — the numbers are what they say. If your waist reads 74 and your hip 101, you are an M, whatever the label in your other underwear says.
