Orders over $75 ship free within the country. Below that, a flat $6 carbon-neutral rate applies. Most orders leave our Portugal studio within one to two working days.
Delivery
Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 working days; express in 1–2. You’ll receive tracking by email the moment your order is on its way.
Returns
Unworn pieces, with hygiene seals intact, can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We cover return shipping on your first order. Briefs and thongs are final sale for hygiene reasons.
